In short: you pay one flat price through Shopify, you can cancel any time from your Shopify admin, and we handle your shop's data only to make the app work.

Using our apps

These terms apply when you install one of our apps in your Shopify store. Shopify's own terms for merchants and apps apply too. You need a Shopify store and the right to install apps in it.

Price, trial and cancelling

  • Each app has one plan with every feature, at the price shown on the app's page and in the Shopify App Store, monthly or yearly.
  • Each app starts with a 14-day free trial. Shopify charges you only after the trial, on your Shopify bill.
  • You can cancel any time by uninstalling the app in your Shopify admin. You don't need to contact us. Shopify's billing rules decide any refunds for the period already paid.
  • If we change a price, Shopify asks you to approve the new price before it applies.

Your shop's data

When you use our apps, we act on your behalf for your shop's data, and we handle it only as described in our privacy policy:

  • We use it only to make the app work for you, never for marketing, never sold, and never shared except with the companies listed in the privacy policy that run the apps for us.
  • We keep no personal data about your customers. The invoices app reads an order's details only while you print it.
  • Only we can reach our systems; all connections are encrypted.
  • If a security problem ever affects your shop's data, we tell you by email within 72 hours of finding out.
  • When you uninstall an app, we delete your shop's connection to it. Shopify's requests to delete data are answered as they arrive.

What the apps do, and what they don't

We work hard to keep the apps reliable and fast, but we can't promise they'll never have a fault or a pause. You're responsible for what your shop shows and sells, including the texts, amounts and rules you set in the apps. Invoices and packing slips are made from your order data and your settings; please check that they meet the rules that apply to your business.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update them here and change the date at the top. For important changes, we tell you by email first.

Law

These terms follow the law of England and Wales.
