Coloured orders
Your orders in colour, by simple rules you choose. Late orders turn red, wholesale orders blue, shipped ones green, so you see at a glance what needs you.

What it does
- An extra orders page in your Shopify admin, with each row in the colour of the first rule that fits it.
- Rules by days waiting to be shipped, payment or delivery status, tag, delivery method, or order total.
- Works with tags you or Shopify Flow already add, like "wholesale" or "gift".
- Click a row and the order opens in Shopify, as usual.
- A live preview on your own newest orders while you change the rules.
- Quick filters: see only the red ones, or only the orders without a colour.
What it never does
- Read your customers' names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. It shows order numbers only.
- Change your orders or Shopify's own Orders page.
- Keep your orders on our server. Your rules are saved in your own store.
- Add anything to your shop's pages.
Questions
Why not colour Shopify's own Orders page?
Shopify doesn't let apps change how its Orders page looks. So the app gives you a second view of the same orders, one click away in your admin's left menu. Shopify's Orders page stays exactly as it is.
What if an order fits more than one rule?
It takes the colour of the first rule that fits, from the top of your list. You can move rules up and down.
How far back does it go?
Your orders from the last 60 days, newest first, 50 at a time.
What happens if I uninstall it?
The extra page disappears and billing stops at once. Your orders aren't touched.
