What it does
- Three clear messages: the goal, what's left, and "You've got free delivery".
- Updates straight away when the basket changes, also in your theme's cart pop-up.
- In the shopper's currency (Shopify Markets), with your own amount per country if you like.
- Top of the page, top and always in view, bottom of the screen, or anywhere you place it.
- Rules: which pages, which countries, phones and/or computers.
- Your theme's fonts and colours, or your own; size, height, rounded box, icon, progress line.
- English, Polish and German ready; every word editable.
What it never does
- Track shoppers or set cookies.
- Count views or charge more in a busy month.
- Change your theme's code. It's added and removed cleanly by Shopify.
- Slow your shop: about 4 KB, loaded after the page.
The bar shows your free delivery amount; the free delivery itself is set in Shopify, in Settings › Shipping and delivery.
Questions
How do I switch it on?
Install the app, check the amount and messages, press Save. Then switch it on in your theme: the app opens Theme editor › App embeds for you. No code to edit.
Does it work with my theme?
It works with Online Store 2.0 themes, which most shops use today. The cart pop-up spot is automatic in Dawn-based themes; in other themes you can add the bar to your cart page as a block.
What happens if I uninstall it?
The bar disappears from your shop and its settings are removed. Billing stops at once.
